About Jolie

-Born and raised in Southern California, I currently live in Illinois. 

-BA from NYU with a concentration in Ancient, Medieval and Renaissance Studies.

-Master's degree in Writing from the University of Southern California (USC). 

-PhD in Learning Sciences and Technology Design from Stanford University.

-I'm an assistant professor at Northwestern University.

Red is my favorite color. I love tennis, figure skating, gymnastics, history, museums, ballet, old houses, and crime shows.

I was told I was moving to a place with "real" four seasons, but I soon discovered this was a lie. In Illinois, there is definitely a winter, sometimes a spring (but it's just as likely to stay winter and then turn into summer one day), summer, and occasionally fall. I suspect there may be a supernatural explanation for this and should investigate the truth of it one of these days.
